Helping Students Know God

Our desire is to provide a space that is spiritually invigorating, mentally stimulating, and emotionally supportive to students. Having a balance of fun events and Bible studies is vital for knowing one another and knowing God. In all of our activities, our goal is to teach students (7th-12th grade) how to explore the truths found in the Bible, apply them to their lives, and to deepen their understanding of who God is.

  • Late Nights

    Students, 7th-12th grade, join us after VBS each night for a late night hangout. Tuesday, we’ll end the night with some tasty ice from Rita’s, Wednesday we’ll eat some yummy burgers at In-n-Out, and Thursday we’ll enjoy some ice cream at Handels. Drop-off and pick-up at Birch Street. Bring money.

    Students in 7th-12th grade, join us for an awesome night out! We’ll meet at Birch Street at 5:30 PM, head out for dinner (bring money), and then take on an escape room challenge!

  • Lunch and Lounge

    Following Church -2 PM

    Come have good food and great fellowship! We will be meeting in the youth room after service every first Sunday of the month to hang out and spend time together as a youth group.

    Join us every Tuesday in July for our Cookin' with Colossians series! We will have lunch as we go through a study on the book of Colossians. Invite a friend!

Summer Events 2026

  • Sunday Mornings

    (7th - 12th Grade)

    Our students join the adults in the main service on Sunday mornings. They have separate events held throughout the month to have fun and build friendships.

  • Midweek

    (7th - 12th Grade)

    Our students also meet weekly on Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00pm. That time is designed to encourage and challenge students to want more out of their faith. They spend their time having fun, praying together, discussing relatable topics, and most importantly diving deeper into how God’s word applies to their lives.

Garrett Godsey

Garrett was born and raised in Brea, CA. He is married to his wife Janessa and they have a wonderful boy named Gideon. In his free time, Garrett likes to read, try new coffee shops, and play chess. His greatest passion is teaching people about Jesus and helping them grow deeper in their faith.
